Golem

Legend has it that the Golem was created in the 16th century by Jewish rabbi Judah Loew ben Bezalel to protect the Jewish ghetto. He made it out of clay from the banks of the Vltava river, and whoever placed the shem into it could control it. One day, however, the Golem went berserk and began destroying everything in its reach, and so the rabbi turned it off. According to legend, the body of the Golem still lies in the attic of the Old Town Synagogue. So, who knows…
